Terms of Use

These terms apply when you access chairmint.in or purchase, download or use the ChairMint Salon Booking Content System. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the buyer terms presented by Dodo Payments at checkout.

The product

ChairMint is a downloadable content and marketing toolkit containing editable design layouts, planning resources, captions, Reel scripts, booking replies, calculator tools and guidance. It is not salon-management software, a managed marketing service, professional advertising management, legal advice or a guarantee of bookings, reach, revenue or advertising performance.

Digital delivery

Access is issued electronically after Dodo Payments confirms a successful order. You are responsible for entering a working email address, checking Spam or Promotions folders, downloading the files and keeping a backup. Contact support if delivery does not arrive or a supplied file has a technical problem.

Licence

Your purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customise and use the files for one salon brand. The licensed salon may publish exported social posts, advertisements and finished marketing materials made from the toolkit.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the editable files or download link.
• Upload source files to a public library, marketplace, membership, client portal or template platform.
• Claim the underlying templates, written resources or product system as your own product.
• Use one purchase for multiple unrelated salon brands or clients.
• Remove ownership notices in order to distribute the source files.

Agencies, freelancers and multi-brand operators need a separate licence for each client brand unless ChairMint provides written permission.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and replacing sample names, photographs, prices, offers, claims and service information before publishing. You must have the right to use any image, testimonial, music, trademark or customer information you add. You are also responsible for following platform rules, advertising requirements and laws applicable to your salon and location.

Intellectual property

ChairMint and its licensors retain ownership of the toolkit, editable source files, written guidance, brand and website content. Your licence permits use for the licensed salon brand but does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying product.

Payments and delivery

Dodo Payments acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record. Dodo handles checkout, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment-related processing. Digital access is issued after successful payment. Pricing and availability may change for future purchases without affecting an already completed order.

Refunds

Because the product is digitally delivered, purchases are final after delivery. Refunds are not offered for dissatisfaction or change of mind. A refund may be reviewed only for a verified technical issue that cannot be resolved, subject to the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the files usable and the guidance accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted website or third-party-platform availability. Canva, Meta, WhatsApp and Dodo Payments are independent services and may change their features or rules.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, ChairMint is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, advertising spend or business decisions based on the toolkit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Suspension or termination

Access or support may be restricted where there is evidence of payment fraud, unauthorised sharing, redistribution or other material breach of these terms. Ending access does not transfer or expand the licence already granted.
